When it was time to give the entrepreneur in me a chance, it was clear as day to me that I was going to start a restaurant.
Having lived in Manila for a few years, I knew that there was room for an authentic Indian dining experience—one where the flavors and the spices are not toned down and the atmosphere remains fun and vibrant, much like the country it comes from. Hence, Mantra came about in May 2016 with 3 key "Mantras":
(1) Keep it fresh;
(2) Keep it authentic;
&
(3) Keep it fun
What started with 25 seats has expanded to 2 locations with over 150 covers—all because of our patrons, who stood by us through time.
